  • Best time to travel

    Year round, but December through March and July through August are the driest months. The main differences of note are in the highlands, where nights become chilly in areas of higher altitude. The lowlands enjoy a tropical climate year-round with little temperature variation, though more frequent rain showers will be noticeable in the wetter months of April to June and again in October and November.  Peak season: December – February and semana santa (easter)  Amazon: Uniformly wet all year.

  • Day 1

    ARRIVAL IN BOGOTÁ

    Today you arrive in one of the highest capital cities of the world, located amidst Andean mountains, Bogota is situated 8,660ft above sea level. After you land, you will be transported to your hotel with your guide for check in. You will take the rest of the day to settle in and adjust to the unusual conditions.

  • Day 2

    EXPLORE & DINE BOGOTÁ

    Today you will explore this artful historic city. Starting by amazing 10,000ft high views of Bogotá from Monserrate mountain, following with a discovery of La Candelaria colonial town to then observe art museums including the fascinating and controversial Botero collection. 

    In the evening, your guide will take your taste buds on a journey! You will learn all about Colombian flavors through our hand-picked restaurants.

  • Day 3

    BOGOTÁ ART SCENE & PRIVATE CHEF DINNER

    Discover the colorful street art that adorns Bogota’s walls revealing the untrammeled creativity of the local graffiti artists. You will also access vibrant galleries and learn all about the blossoming art movements that reflect the city’s diverse yet tumultuous culture. In the evening, head to a local chef’s house for a private dinner in a cozy and intriguing setting.

    ARRIVAL IN MEDELLÍN & RELAX

    Today you will land in Medellin, the city of eternal spring. Relax at your accommodations as you get ready to explore this exciting valley metropolis.

  • Day 6

    MEDELLÍN ECO-EXPLORATION

    Hop on Medellín’s cable car to appreciate the landscape from above, then jump on electric bikes to cycle around the parks guided by the trail’s designers and learn about the positive impact on the community as you feel the breeze on your cheeks. 

  • Day 7

    CLIMB PEÑOL ROCK, PRIVATE BOATING & GLAMPING

    Drive to El Peñol and conquer the largest granite rock in Colombia to admire the panoramic views it offers to the ones who take the challenge. Jump on a boat through the reservoir to disembark in a hacienda, visit a colorful rural town and finalize the day at a unique glamping spot amidst wild forests.

    ARRIVAL IN EJE CAFETERO

    Land in the lush green Eje Cafetero and soak up the views of the incredible landscapes on the way to your stunning accommodations.

    COCORA VALLEY & ANDEAN VILLAGES

    Explore Cartagena’s ancient walled city built in the 16th century by the Caribbean Sea. Feel its magic and charm as you discover the local architecture and deep-rooted culture while tasting exotic street food.

    Hop on a private boat to explore magical archipielago of Rosario. Dive into the crystalline waters of the Caribbean Sea for swimming, Scuba, Snorkeling or Subwing! Stop for lunch at a surprise spot and soak in the island vibes as you discover the magnificent ecosystem around.
